n98 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Fair Use

1 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use an n98 account, you must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. n98 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances, and any attempt by a minor to register or use the platform is strictly prohibited.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are registering on your own behalf as an individual — not on behalf of a company or third party. n98 may request identity documents at any point to verify your age and identity. This may include a CNIC, passport copy, utility bill or other government-issued identification.

If n98 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If it is confirmed that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded in accordance with our underage gambling policy, but any winnings generated will be forfeited.

You must also confirm that you are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person. Each n98 account must represent one individual. Sharing account access with another person, or allowing someone else to operate your account on your behalf, is a breach of these terms.

2 Account Registration

Registering an account at n98 is free. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, valid contact information and a payment method linked to your identity. You agree that all information you provide is truthful, accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any account access details with anyone. n98 will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

• One account per person — no duplicate accounts under any circumstances.
• Registration details must match the identity documents you provide during verification.
• You must notify n98 promptly if any of your account details change.
• Account sharing is prohibited — your account must be used only by you.
• n98 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.

n98 does not charge any fee for account registration or maintenance. Standard withdrawal processing fees, where applicable, are disclosed on the Deposit page and within each withdrawal request screen. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be flagged for review in accordance with our inactivity policy, which will be communicated to you via email before any action is taken.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on n98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies, no conversion fees and no exchange rate surprises. What you deposit is what appears in your account balance, and what you withdraw is what arrives in your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked bank or nominated bank account.

Accepted deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast transfers, direct bank transfer, debit cards and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process. n98 does not accept deposits from accounts or payment methods that are not registered in your name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule. VIP account holders benefit from priority withdrawal handling as part of the loyalty programme.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal request process.
• Withdrawals are sent only to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified in your account profile.
• n98 may request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of our standard verification process.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• n98 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

n98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and cricket season specials. All promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. These specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

All bonuses carry wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering on restricted games while a bonus is active will not count towards the requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and cannot be exchanged for cash at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• n98 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being reviewed for suspension.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated.
• PSL and T20 cricket season promotions may have additional eligibility conditions tied to specific match events or qualifying bets.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section at n98 covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, tennis, basketball, esports and over thirty other markets. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a specific Cash Out option is available for that market and the player elects to use it before the relevant event concludes.

In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has taken place, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. The specific rules for each sport — including what constitutes a valid result for settlement purposes — are available in the Sports Rules section of the platform and are updated regularly to reflect the nature of different competitions.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are available on selected events and update in real time. n98 cannot be held responsible for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined if a delay in updating the market occurs.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds on your confirmed bet slip are final.
• n98 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, including cases where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the combined odds of all included selections. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.
• PSL fixtures and Pakistan international cricket matches are subject to the same rules as all other cricket markets unless specific tournament rules state otherwise.

6 Casino & Games

The n98 casino section includes slots, live casino tables, table games, crash games and virtual sports. All casino games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to those providers' individual game rules in addition to n98's general terms. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within each game's information panel.

Live casino games — including live roulette, live blackjack and live baccarat — are hosted by professional dealers and streamed in real time. All live table results are final once the round is closed by the dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round result as recorded by the provider's server is definitive. If a disconnection prevents the system from recording a result, the round is voided and the stake is returned.

• Casino games are for entertainment. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• All slot games use random number generators (RNG) certified by the relevant game provider.

Playing an excluded game while a bonus is active will not disqualify the bonus, but stakes on excluded games will not count towards the wagering requirement.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the n98 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Creating more than one account on n98, or creating an account for another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known system error are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any systematic strategy designed specifically to exploit bonus terms rather than play genuinely.
• Collusion with other players — including sharing information about live casino hands, coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes, or any other form of cheating.
• Using the platform in a manner that could constitute money laundering or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's underlying systems, source code or security measures.
• Conducting any transaction using a payment method that does not belong to you or is registered in another person's name.

9 Account Termination

You may close your n98 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all account verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations.

n98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where an account is found to belong to a minor, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk. In cases of suspected fraud or misconduct, balances may be held pending investigation before any withdrawal is processed.

• Accounts under active self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
• Accounts closed due to breach of terms are not eligible for reopening.
• If your account is closed by n98 due to a breach, any active bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned net of any bonus-funded winnings, subject to investigation outcome.

10 Limitation of Liability

n98 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be entirely free of errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability, and we will communicate planned downtime where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted, n98 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, incorrect odds display due to system error, connectivity issues outside our control, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.

n98 is not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party game providers integrated within the platform, though we do vet all providers before integration to ensure they meet our standards for fairness and reliability.

11 Privacy & Data

n98 collects personal information from players for the purpose of account management, identity verification, payment processing and improving the platform experience. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately and forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to n98 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to receiving transactional communications (account confirmations, deposit receipts, withdrawal updates) via your registered contact details.
